Earth-Taelon Accord

The Earth-Taelon Accord was a diplomatic treaty between the inhabitants of Earth and the Taelon race. It seemingly prevented Humans from stealing any samples of Taelon technology. The Free Republic of Rostok did not recognize the Accord. (Episode: The Arrival)
